Dr. Do, the front desk staff member, and the hygienists were wonderful today during our day-of appointment for tooth pain. My kid opted to have a stubborn loose tooth removed. Everyone was clear and efficient and my daughter did really well with their simple instructions and low-key approach to the procedure.

I was disappointed with our visit to this children’s dental office. The waiting room and even the dental chair in the treatment room did not appear clean, which made for an uncomfortable experience. There were very few toys, books, or distractions to help keep children comfortable while waiting and distracted while getting treatment done. The staff also seemed rushed and not very knowledgeable, which made the overall experience feel disorganized and unwelcoming.

We came to see Dr. McDonald right when my son turned 1. We have been back 3 times now, and each experience has been solidly positive. Every staff member is friendly and knowledgeable. We love Vanezza and my son loves his visits and looks forward to his next appointment each time!

My three children are now teenagers and have all gone to Dr. MacDonald at Kids Place Too for many years. All the hygienists were have had over the past 10 years are so capable, conversational and fun, treating kids with gentle attention and a calm demeanor you’d expect for a pediatric hygienist, but also definitely good at giving instruction to kids about how to get better and better at cleaning their teeth properly as they grow. And all the dentists, including Dr. MacDonald, that were have had over our 10 years there have also been skilled for all kinds of tooth needs, plus educating parents on future issues they see might need addressing without being alarmist or making families feel like the world will end if all teeth and mouth structures aren’t perfectly aligned at all times. The front desk staff has also always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Best kids dentist in town. My son had an extraction and he didn't even realize it was done, that's how good they are. The staff is also top notch. Give this place a chance and you won't be disappointed.
